To provide the best possible experience, we ask all first-timers to contact us directly before booking a class. This allows us to get to know you and understand your fitness background. Please fill out our contact form to get started!
Personal Training for New Starters
For those without recent experience in strength and conditioning, CrossFit, or weightlifting, we recommend beginning with personal training (PT) sessions before joining group classes. These sessions help build the foundational skills and conditioning you need to fully engage in class, including:
- Developing the strength and technique to safely load weights
- Learning and understanding a variety of movements
- Building confidence and responsibility in managing weights and form
- Maintaining good posture and spinal alignment under load


Get the Confidence for Fitness Training
Classes are fully coached, but PT sessions ensure you’re ready to participate independently, giving coaches the flexibility to focus on the entire group. The number of PT sessions needed varies based on individual levels of strength, fitness, coordination, and body awareness. Some people are ready after 1-3 sessions, while others may benefit from 10-20 sessions.
