Is a membership paid via direct debit?
Nope, you are in control of your monthly membership. We find that there are more issues with Direct Debit payments and we like to give our members freedom to go on holidays when they wish and buy their memberships when they wish!
What day does my membership start if I buy an Unlimited Membership or 10 class Membership?
Every membership pass will not begin on the day you buy the membership but on the day of the first class that you book into. Eg; if you buy your membership on 5th May and book into class on 10th May, it will start on the 10th May and run until 10th June. You will not be able to then book into a class before 10th May.

How many people are in each class?
There are up to 12 members/class Mon-Fri and anything between 10-24 on a Saturday. See our list of classes for more.
What is the class cancellation policy?
We understand plans change and life gets in the way, but if you cancel within 45 minutes of your class start time, you will be charged €20 through the app.
What is the PT cancellation policy?
If a client cancels their appointment 16 hours in advance of their 1-1 training time, we charge full price for the session.
Are there shower facilities?
Yes, we have a male shower and bathroom and a female shower and bathroom with hairdryer and cosmetics, etc. ☺
